The fuel pressure regulator is located at the end of the fuel rail, near the top of the engine, next to the throttle body and right below where you see the two throttle cables. The regulator is held in place by two screws. It has two hoses connected to it - a vacuum hose on top, and a fuel return hose on the bottom. To remove it, you will need to first relieve the fuel pressure, then remove the air intake duct and resonator from the throttle body and air flow assembly.
