Out of three, only one Front seat power trigger on sliding forward and backward position does not function.

What could be the cause of this problem?
Is there a way to fix it?

It will be either that particular switch, the switch connector to the motor, or the motor itself. If you take the vehicle to a shop specialized in electrical (such as stereo/alarm/sunroof shop), they will be able to tell you which of the parts has gone bad.
