The keyless remote won't unlock the doors, It will lock the doors and open truck also the panic button doesn't work either

Have you tried replacing the battery? If that didn't help, open the remote, remove the circuit board and separate rubber button sheet from the circuit board. Using a q-tip clean the contact pads on the circuit board and the rubber inner contact (black dots). I is safe to use plain water to moisten the q-tip. Make sure it is dry before re-assembly.
