Why wont any of my speakers work in my car. I have tryed an aftermarket cd player but still no change

You didn't say, but does the original radio drives the speakers fine? If not, here's another question: is your car equipped with the Bose radio? Bose radio in that vintage Maxima has an outboard (in the bottom of the rear deck) audio amplifier, and maybe the fuse that provide power to that amplifier is blown.

It is the factory cd player and it is not the Bose system in it
