I understand the diagnostic code p0400 refers to a faulty EGR valve. I am fully prepared to replace it, have a great mechanic whom would charge just $40 for the work, I supply the parts. My question is...Is the EGR valve the only part that would need to be replaced for this job, or are there other additional parts involved that are also affected by this valve? Are there any gaskets, fittings, etc..in other words, I want to order all the parts needed for the tech to do the job right, the first time.
