Shakes or Wobbles problem

Whenever i tried to accelerate the car, i feel that the whole car is vibrating. The problem is that somtimes it does vibrate and some times it doesn't. However when i tested it on 70 mph, it keeps vibrating all the time. Couldn't able to find out what's the problem ?
