When I first got this car the engine would stumble/stutter when I was driving it at around 1400-1600 rpms. Roughly when I was driving around 30-40 mph. It came and went, when I noticed it. Now it is just so annoying. Along with happening when I'm driving it happen when I'm just idling. If I am at a red light the engine stutters. You can feel it. The car sometimes will move slightly back and forth. If I am at a red light and that happens I will put the car in neutral and it stops. I've asked so many people and haven't got a solid answer.

Nissan has had some problems with injectors doing what you describe.Have the PCM scanned to see if it has a code for engine misfire, this will tell which cylinder has an issue. When in gear, it is under load which accents a misfire.Has the basic tune up been done recently?

No basic tune-up since I have had the car. I bought it with 79k miles and since have had oil changes regularly, replaced the knock sensor, and just put in a new air filter. I've had the O2 sensor code come up before and than it goes. It's done that a few times, but I not sure which O2 sensor it is. There are two right? And what are the things I should do/or have done for a tune-up?

Spark plugs, plug wires (if applicable) fuel filter, cap and rotor (if applicable). Look for any signs of oil on theends of theplug wires/coils.If present you will need to replace the valve cover gaskets, as this can cause misfires
