My car wont turn on after I parked it an electrician told me to replace the starter and I did vehicle still wont turn on when I turn the key I hear a click and batterie is good?

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
