1995 Nissan Maxima
This is not the first time this has happened, but my windshield wipers do not move when i turn them on. I hear the motor working, but no movement by the wipers happen. Last time this happened, we removed the plastic panel to get to the motor, and once there we realized we had broken the plastic "ball and socket" clip. we got a new one and and it was fine but now i'm trying to do it myself and i cant seem to get the plastic panel off to get to the windshield motor. Do i have to take the entire wiper off to get it off? If so how do i do it?
