My tachometer sometimes bounces everywhere and in the most case about 75 percent of the time when it bounces up and down is when I gas it to stay in the flow of traffic. But just would like to know why it bounces everywhere on these occasions when I do this.

Hello, this happens when the ignition system backfeeds into the tach signal which is caused by a bad ignition coil, wires and spark plugs. I would start with a good tune up and throttle body service. Here are two guides that will help you get the problem fixed.

and

Please run down these guides and report back

Cheers
