The blower that controls the heat/ac continues to blow even when I am not using the heater or air conditioner. As long as the car is running, the blower is on. I can't control the speed of the blower either - it is always blowing at a high speed. Could this be a fuse, melted wire somewhere, or what? What can I do to diagnose the problem?

Check for a blower motor relay-could be sticking and also the fan resistor and control switch.
