frontier '01 flashers not working properly

about 3 weeks ago, my turn signals started to go on the fritz. They would quit working after a few flashes. Well, this has progressed to maybe I get one flash, then it won't work. My hazards are the same way. I check the fuse box and everything is fine there, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks
