2002 Nissan Frontier High pitch squeak

I have an 02 Frontier with a 5 spd, when ever I turn on the truck it emits a high pitch squeak for a few seconds and then goes away. A simular sound is made at random when I turn on my AC. These sounds tend to come and go. Any ideas to what might cause this and how to take care of it?
