My Frontier runs rough on rainy days until about 15 minutes of running. After that all is smooth. The rough is like a real bad miss. This has not happened on a dry day and my stepdad's manual Frontier of the same year does the same thing.

Not sure if that has a distributor or not, but spray the wires with a mist of water and see if the wires arc out. May need wires.

Do the distributor if it has it after.

I have a 96 pickup 4 cyl that does the same thing, I have had wires, plugs, scans, but no one can fix it, I believe its a computer glich that causes the engine to flood as soon as the humidity goes down it will run fine

I changed wires on my 1997 Nissan then sprayed with WD-40. No more problems.
