1998 Nissan Frontier Engine stutters when it rains.

When it rains or a heavy fog occurs my truck will start fine, run for 2 minutes, and then begin to stutter and hesitate. This happens for 10 minutes and then it runs fine after this. What is the problem?

I have a 96 nissan that does the same thing I have had it everywhere and no one knows how to stop it the engine actually floods if it hasnt been started for a fewdays in damp weather it my not even start should you stop when it stutters it may die and never start for days
