I have a 1997 Nissan Altima 4 cylinder. All of a sudden it won't start (no early indications). There's power to everything but won't turn over. Starter is fairly new.You can push it and pop the clutch and it will start. Where is the neutral safety switch? Is that the same as a relay under the hood? Can it be tested before buying a new one?
