2004 Nissan Altima Rear Rotor Replacement Needed?

I have a 2004 Nissan Altima with 67,750 miles and needs both front and rear brakes (~10 - 15%) pad left.
Here's my question... I am being told by the shop that the rear rotors need to be replaced. The spec on the car is for .381 and they are at .415 and .413. Should I replace the rear rotors now or wait.

If the rotors are not gouged or warped, just turn them to remove the "glaze". You should be OK. Just re-measure the thickness after the the machining.

Hello,

It is recommended to resurface the rotors when changing the pads (if they are within specification).
When measuring a rotor be sure to check few low spots to and use the lowest reading. As long it can be resurfaced and stay above the minimum thickness, it will function properly.
