Which oxigen sensor?

I believe there`s three O2 Sensors on the v-6 engine

One on each exhaust manifold and one after the catalytic converter..

Do you have a code out the ECM?
Which code is that?

Its me again... Ok in some cases it may be necessary to remove the heat shield to remove the oxigen sensors.. here is the picture of The heated O2 sensors: (bank 1 and bank 2)
