1999 Nissan Altima power antenna

I just need to know how to remove this unit. I have removed the 2 screws that hold the unit on the frame, but how do you remove the antenna from the rear fender?

Hi shaunalan,

You need to remove the chrome/blacck outer nut from the antenna. There is a slot across the nut, ues them as the disconnecting point with a long nose or circlip plier to unscrew it and you can get the antenna out.
