1998 Nissan Altima power windows

Three of the power windows quit working. The driver side window still works. I think a fuse in blown. Can you tell me whcih fuse or fuses control the power windows? I do not have a manual.

All windows powered by same circuit breaker is window lock out switch in unlock position?
