1997 Nissan Altima ignition wire or motor mount bracket

My car looses speed and jerks when I go up steep hills. I have been told it could be a broken or loose bracket for the motor, or transmission, or that it could be a bad ignition wire. It will also, sometimes jerk slightly when I take off from a red light. It depends on how hard I hit the Gas pedal.
