Hi i've got 300zx twin turbo. car was fine two weeks ago but now when i drive it, its not going over 4000 rpm in every gear but in nutral its fine. turbo doesn't seem kicking. could you help me please

how many miles are on it? check the vacuum lines for cracking if you have vacuum leaks your not going to be boosting at where you want to be at (stock boost pressure is 9.5 psi)

the turbos should be replaced every 100,000 miles

my car has got 84,000 miles on the clock
but car is not going over 4000 rpm in each gear. it seems like its in safe mode or restricted on 4000 rpm
but it was fine on 27/01/2010.
