93 240sx dash lights and odometer out

The digital odometer, heads-up display, dash and climate control lights do not work.
Could all of this be one problem?

I got a fix-it ticket because of the odometer. I think I need to replaced the odometer cluster ( not sure )??? Hard to find the cluster!!!!

The Tach, gas, water ect.. all operational. The brake light and all the indicators lights to the right of the cluster work fine. The digital clock aluminates when
car if off just as soon as you crank it up the clock goes dark.

The car was like this when I purchased it. So I don't have any history. But I do know the radio was replaced.

You realy need to do an oil pressure test, then you will know if its just a bad sending unit or if your oil pressure is low (and if it is should find out why before you have to replace the whole engine). And I would not think that a cheap filter would cause that, but filters are not that much money (a good filter does help keep your engine alive longer).
