1992 Nissan 240SX Car will not crank over

when you take a screwdriver and put it accross the contacts of the starter you can hear the starter spin

If you can hear the starter spin and its not cranking the engine-the overrunning clutch is slipping if not check if the engine is seized-by turning the crankshaft pulley manually-unable to its lock-up

The engine is not siezed. It turns manualy. Maybe it is the ignition switch, but would the lights come on if the ignition switch is bad?

If it has an intermittent contact problem, to include a problem with the clutch interlock relay at front right fender and clutch interlock switch at left kick panel. Do the screwdriver thingy again on the solenoid if it doesn't engage and crank the engine over-best check the starter
