I have 164000 miles, manual transmission, rear wheel drive, ka24e engine. The rear windshield wiper works sometimes, and even then it is slow. I have check the fuse, it is good. I have checked the connections on the dash panel switch, they are putting out the appropriate voltage according to the Chilton's, the only thing I can think of is that the motor is going bad. Unless there is something else that it could that I do not know of. any guesses? Thanks in advance!
