Flasher relay

Where is the flasher relay located on my car. My signal lights and my hazard lights wont work and there are new bulbs and fuses in already.

Its under left side of dash on steering column bracket. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
