1978 Nissan 240SX will not start

Just got a 1978 280Z car has been in dry storage for 16 years.I have change all fluids wires plugs distributor cap ,car will not start.I have also changed fuel filters drained tank new fuel.

My suggestion here is get a fuel pressure gauge and check the actual fuel pressure could be the fuel pump.
