OBD Port not working

Hi,

First, I need you to check fuse 15 in the interior fuse panel. If it is good, confirm it has power to and from it. Here is a link you may find helpful:

If it is good, I need you to go to the OBD port and check for 12v at pins 1 and 16. Additionally, confirm pins 12 and 13 have continuity to ground.
