timing belt replacement instructions please?

I put new water pump in now it cranks wont start. What tool do I need or how will I get to get it on timing again and start?

Unfortunately we don't have a manual on this vehicle as it was not offered in the USA in 1991. However, I attached the process for the 2001 Rio with the 1.5L on how to reinstall the timing belt which covers the timing marks.
