new radiator but has smell of oil or coolant. turn

Turn heater on heat and window fog doesn't clear and has a smell. turn off heat and just have fan and everything seems ok. Oil light and engine light are on.

scan for codes and check oil level then manually check oil pressure with a gauge. also check for a heater core leak.
