Hi,

The first two pics on the original post are the entire schematic for the starting system. The pics below show the entire powertrain management system wiring schematics. I had to check them in half to make them readable, but they are overlapped so you can follow from one to the next.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions or need additional information. Also, make sure to check the ECM located in the air filter housing.

Take care,

Joe

Thank you these were very helpful. But how can you tell which wire is in which terminal in the ECM it has two plugs, and I didn't see any markings saying what terminal they were, or which plug is which or am I missing something? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

There should be two connectors, one black and the other gray. Connector 1 (C1) is black. Connector 2 (C2) is gray.

I attached a pic below of the ECM. The remaining pics are showing which connector controls the different components.

It can be a nightmare figuring things out. Just take your time and let me know if I can help.

Take care,

Joe

Thanks again for your help after taking my time and checking all the wires I actually found a bad ground to the ECM that was causing all my problems so any advice for the future might be to check that first with jumper wire or a test light to outer case of the ECM now everything works like normal. Thanks again
