Need to replace spark plug tube seals upper n lower

Ok I was replacing my spark plugs n when I took off the wires I had oil pouring out of the holes n the spark plugs are just dripping with oil so I got the valve cover ready on the driver's side but the left side when looking at motor I can't figure out how to get the lines out of my way to get the cover off with out messing up my valves please help thanks for the reply
