Need to know what the voltages are so i can check if the ECM is putting out the right voltages and if the wire loom has got a short in it?

As far as testing goes, do this first. When the engine stalls and won't restart, see if it starts if you use starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, we have a fuel related issue. If there is no change, check to see if there is spark to the plugs.

Next, I attached the diagnostics below for the crankshaft position sensor. The diagnostics are for a no signal condition, which would prevent the engine from starting. As far as the camshaft sensor is concerned, I'm running into trouble finding the same info. By chance, are there codes stored that would point me in the right direction?

There was a code but the guy I'm fixing his car for took them out so i don't know what ther where he told me it wan for oxygen sensor and after he replaced it now it wont start or run it is getting spark and it’s getting fuel.

Hi,

If it has spark, fuel, air, compression, and the timing is correct, it has no choice but to run. You may be getting fuel to the engine, but the injectors may not be working.

At each fuel injector, there will be a yellow wire with a black tracer. That wire should have battery voltage at each injector when the key is in the run position. Check that for me.
