somebody who didnt have key for my car busted the steering column on left side of steering wheel to try to start my car. i arrived with my key put it in ignition and it wont turn or do anything at all. since the column is already broken into please explain to me how to start my car from the steering column? please before my car gets towed away from the parking lot its been sitting in
