Need to know how to replace fuel pressure regulator

When this vehicle has not started within a couple of days it will not start until I put gas into the throttle body. After that it will run great no problems.
I have replaced the gas filter, and fuel sensor.

check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. if cfi should be 60 psi minimum. here is an article to help you.
