We don't have this information sorry; did you check to see if the problem is at the handle? Also, try to pull the hood release while pulling up on the hood and move it side to side. I have seen where the grill must be removed to get at the hood release. There is no one way to deal with this problem, can you upload images so I can help ?

I got it open. Thank you. To open it, on the driver's side, there is a gray bar behind the headlight. It's the first thing you see. On the top, where the bar takes a turn down, put a big flat screwdriver and wedge under it. Twist and boom.
