Hi,
As far as the belt diagram is concerned, I attached it below for you. When you replace this, I believe there is a mechanical adjuster and not an automatic one.
If you look at the pic I attached, it shows the manual adjuster on the side of the alternator. When you want to loosen or tighten the belt, make sure the bolts I circled in pic 2 are loosened before turning the adjuster bolt.
