I need to get a second opinion from any Jeep Specialist online.

I have no knowledge of cars, terms/names used, and apologize for my language. English not my first spoken language.

Recently my jeep started making noises when I changed gears (shifter, while in P-state). No odd noises while driving, only when changing gears.
- no other problems, only also recently there is a warning sign (ESC) on the dashboard, if I drive over 120 (Never happen before).

Brief details about my car:
1) Maintenance is fully maintained at authorized Jeep® Service Centers (Jeep grand cherokee limited 3.0L 4x4 - 2015)

2) The car has reached around 91K, and was serviced yesterday (22/9/2021).

3) I state about the problems encountered. The service center contacted me via phone call: They still need to identify what exactly the problem is. Yesterday they did an 'oil flushing' process. But the noise, when changing gears, is still there.

4) The service center contacted me again; the real problem has not been found, and they cannot remove/stop the ESC warning indicator.
This left me frustrated, especially when they told me if anything needed to be replaced, it would cost me thousands.

Here I share the problem I'm having (someone else's video - He stated about transmission control module). https://youtu.be/XmgiDbIF8EM.

Thank Sir for your explanation. May God Bless You.
