Transmission seems stuck on Limp Mode?

Transmission seems stuck on Limp Mode but can't see the arrow, Cluster doesn't show anything, and Tachometer and Speedometer don't go up. Need help with this (First time owner of a Volvo).

The first thing I would do is check the fuses, this guide can help with the fuse locations in the images below:

Please check the fuses with the key on, if the fuses are okay let's run the codes to see which ones are stored.
