Near stall on deceleration

My vehicle has developed an issue where, once it is completely up to operating temperature, when I'm decelerating and coming to a stop it nearly stalls out but catches itself at the last second. When this happens, the idle peaks to around 1,200 RPMs then settles to its normal 700 RPMs. I've replaced the MAF sensor, reset the ECU, and checked the clamps on the upper intake duct and the intercooler.

It sounds like you could have a vacuum leak, which you should check when the engine is cold. Also, if no leaks are found I would service the throttle body. These guides can help with specific information in the diagrams below:
