The navigation is about 15 miles (guesstimate) off to what my location is. I have tried to have it fixed several times with no luck. Any ideas??

Hi,
There have been various technical service bulletins related to issues regarding the navigation, but none for what you described.
When you took it for repair, was it at a dealership? There are updates that may take care of the issue.
Also, has anyone scanned the can-bus for diagnostic trouble codes? CAN stands for controller area network.
Basically, the different computers/modules are tied together via a few wires. In this case, there is a navigation module. This type of scan will retrieve codes regardless of the module storing them.
