Check engine start to flash permanently, cranking engine start for five to six seconds and stops. I have not scanned to check trouble code or to reset immobilizer.
It happened during battery changing.
I've had such situation once, but I've been able to start engine in a spite of
check engine is flashing.
And anti-theft indicator normally is flashing while ignition is switch off, but now and first time it's not working at all.

It looks like harness?

Welcome to 2CarPros.

A flashing check engine light usually indicated a cylinder misfire. With that in mind, I would suggest removing the spark plugs to confirm they are not bad. Additionally, if you scan the computer, it should identify which cylinder or cylinders are causing the flash.

Note that you really shouldn't drive the vehicle if the light is flashing. Damage to other components such as the catalytic converter can occur.

Here is a link that shows what in general to check when you have a crank/no start condition:

Let me know if any of that helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe

Thanks you Joe.

In the mean time I have solved the problem.
It looks I've triggered immobilizer by accident during battery exchange.
I've left car over the night without battery but additionally connected plus and minus cable in short to insure all condensers will be empty on the morning.
Next morning I've connected battery and engine started normally.
Best regards,
Ivan
