When I turn off vehicle it will only go in accessory mode

Is the vehicle fully in park? If you try to shift from park without pressing the brake pedal, can you do it?

Also, I need you to check fuse B37 in the fuse panel under the dash. That fuse is for the park interlock system. I have a feeling it is not fully engaging into park and that is causing the key issue.

I attached a pic of the fuse box below and highlighted the fuse. In addition to checking the fuse, confirm there is power to it and from it. Here is a link you may find helpful.

Yes i can switch gears without applying the brake. But I’m when I put the car in park the doors unlock and everything like normal.

I suspect the issue is related to the shift interlock solenoid or wiring to it. Although everything seems to be working properly, it sounds like the solenoid isn't allowing the shifter to fully reach park. As a result, you can't remove the key.

The first thing I would check if I had the car is the shift lock solenoid. I will provide the directions, but it does require a scan tool capable of communicating with the vehicle's computer.

If you look at the attached pics, they provide the test. Honestly, I don't know if you have the tooling to do it. However, that is how it is checked.
