rattling/squeaking noise while driving

My power door stopped working.. Engine light is on. Experiencing rattling/squeaking noise while driving and screeching when pressing my brakes.

Once the power motor is restored will it be necessary to also to remove and replace the power door window or can the old one remain?

it ma ban assembly like a regulator along with motor. window won't need to be replaced if ok. scan for codes for other problem.
