Chugging or acting like it is going to shut off for almost a year

I have had it code scanned. The codes read fuel pump, coil packs. So all of this was replaced. Including other things like the plugs and battery. Also the alternator checked out okay. But after all of this it is still doing the same thing.also I went from getting around 30mpg to 20 mpg.

Have you checked to see if the exhaust system/catalytic converts are plugged-restricted? Here is a tutorial for you to view:
