I have ran over a big curb my car shakes and eats up tires only on the inside though. My car is going through tires.

You really need to go to an "alignment shop".
Not only are you going through tires, but it is possible that you broke or bent something that is critical to your suspension or steering.
In other words, this might be a simple fix, or continuing to drive it this way might be dangerous!
