fan knob on the dash only works on high cannot adjust fan speed

My fans for radiator and A/C are not turning causing my engine to overheat and A/C not working properly. The module is not working. where can I buy this part online?

the cooling fan module is on rear for cooling fan assembly the cooling fan relay is also mounted there which could be bad. As far as fan for inside car there is no resistor so a mechanic will have to scan for codes as it can be the switch or control unit In car. But to make sure the cooling fan module is bad it must be scanned by a mechanic as well.
