Will not start?

PATS didn't recognize key then mileage and MPG info was dashed out. Checking fuses and only some are getting power in engine compartment. Looking to find what fuses should get power when ignition in on position. Will not start. Please help.

Hi,

As far as the fuses under the hood are concerned, they should have power. (If I'm reading this correctly) the power to the ignition switch is from the smart junction box in the vehicle.

Do me a favor. I attached a few pics below of the box under the hood. Let me know which fuses are not getting power.
