My car starts off then shuts off?

I ran out of gas and picked up the room gas jug and it was weed killer any car shut off so we bring the tank completely out and put new spark plugs in it fil the tank with gas and put bottle fuel treatment in tank and we kept turning the key to get it out of the lines right now my car will start then shut up like it's not getting gas but the fuel pump I can hear it run so I don't think it's that I'm saying I didn't start a fluid in the beginning when it first happened before cutting no spark plugs and it and when it started up there was blue smoke coming out of pipe but that cleared up I just can't keep it running
