My car shakes and makes a bell noise

As I apply the brakes my car shakes and when I'm driving it makes a bell noise when I hit a bump and some days when I'm driving and apply the gas it's loud but when I release my foot off the gas it's no longer loud why is that?

The car shaking when the brakes are applied could most likely be due to you needing front rotors. As for the other issues its really hard to say from your description. I would take it to a pro for service.
